My name is JULIE. I’m 16 years old. I live with my parents and my brother in Belgium. I’ ve recently started to play the guitar, since September 2008 . I love going out with my friends. (Movies, at the home; …) I LOVE music, but from different styles: rock, hardrock and hardcore. If you don’t know them, I'd let you hear when we meet.
I join in the Comenius project because I would like to travel abroad, know your culture and your lifestyle and learn your language. I love having fun and discovering new things.

Hello, my name is Jérôme, I am Belgian and I am fifteen years old. I have two big passions: like diving and what I prefer is theatre! Later, I would like to be an actor…
I go to the institute saint-Raphaël. I live in the country in a small village near Esneux, in Fontin.
I have many animals: hens, rabbits and ducks. I had a guinea pig which was Punky
(because of his small wisp).
We also have a kitchen garden which I very much like to look at in spring!
I‘ve traveled a lot with my brother, my sister and my parents. We’ve been to Italy, to Portugal, many times to France and sometimes to the North Sea in Belgium. I also left Europe and our continent to cross the Atlantic Ocean to Canada! It was very nice, landscapes were magnificent and the inhabitants of Quebec were very nice.

Hello,
My name is ELLA. I’m 16 years old and I live in SPA with my mother, and I live in ESNEUX with my father. At my mother’s, I have one sister and one brother, we live in a house in the forest. I have a horse which stays in a riding school 200 meters next to my house. My mother plans to open a shelter for 24 persons. Every Monday and Wednesday run in the athletics club and I sometimes make competitions. My sister is ten years younger than I. My mother works at home she has got workshop, she makes sofa’s for a shop in SPA. My father is an artist, he makes tables, lamps, chairs, … My two houses are in the country, I don’t like big towns I prefer living in a small town with not too many people. I love nature!!! When I am older, I would like to work in the field.

Clara

Hello, my name is Clara. I come from Liège in Belgium. I have a very large family: five brothers and eight sisters but we are just four who still live at home. The others are adults now, and have already children themselves. I find it’s great to have a lot of brothers and sisters. I always have someone with whom I can talk, go out, laugh …
Due to that, I’m very sociable and I like meeting new people.I enjoy writing and reading a lot. Later, I would like to be a French teacher.
Every Saturday, I go to my riding school. I really love horses and I appreciate riding it. I have practiced drama for about two years and dance for one year. I like going out with my friends, seeing my big family, playing on the computer, watching TV …
I listen to Rock music but I can listen to other styles like electro, soul, pop rock…
I’ m very happy to participate in COMENIUS project. It’s a good way of meeting people, discovering new cultures and living a good experience in a country abroad.

My name is Florence. I’ve got three brothers and my two parents. My young brother is 15 years old and my older brothers are 22 and 28 years old. I can speak German a little.
I’ve got some animals: a dog, a fish, a frog, a guinea-pig, a turtle, a hamster and chickens. I like animals. I take medicine for my stomach and I have to avoid acid food and drinks.
I’m looking forward to seeing you.

My name is Lara, I have been 18 since 21 January. I have got one brother, Christophe, and we get on well with each other.
I love History. I also like doing sports, particularly rowing that I practise in a club in Liège. But I had to stop because of a road crash.
I hope to be able to row again soon.
I think I’ m sympathetic but a bit shy.
I can easily listen to others. I’ m looking forward to meeting new people.

François

Hello, my name is François Martins. I’m Portuguese and I’m 16 years old.
I attend school at Saint-Raphaël in Remouchamps. I was born in Belgium, but whole family lives in Portugal except my parents and two uncles. I live with my parents and my sister in a small village 15 km from Remouchamps. I am sociable, friendly, optimistic, outgoing and I like laughing with my friends. My favourite sport is football. My favourite team is Benfica in the Portuguese championship. My favourite player is Cristiano Ronaldo, he is the best player in the world and he is of course Portuguese. I like watching the Bundesliga matches on TV and I think that Werder Bremen is a very good team. But football is not everything in my life. I also spend time with my family and my friends. I like listening to music too, especially French rap music. I love traveling and every year I return to Portugal to see my family. I am someone who loves his country and I am proud of my origins, my nationality.
My motivation for the COMENIUS project is too meet people from other countries, discover other cultures and other countries.
Through this project, I could improve my English and talk to people I do not know yet.

Profile Nick

I’m Nick Moinet, I’m 18. I come from Liege, in Belgium. My parents divorced 10 years ago and I live with my mother during the week and at the weekend with my father. I have got five brothers. The first one is 20 and the youngest is 6. It’s sometimes annoying to live together under the same roof but it’s a good way to be more sociable, tolerant and mature.
My hobbies: I have practiced some sports like football and martial-arts but it’s not the best way for me to have fun and feel in a good shape. Besides, I find pleasure with music, listening to House, Electro, Techno, Deep House, 80’S. These are my main hobbies. I enjoy very much. I like cooking good meals, my and my favourite dish is a pizza, but I’m fond of chips with “Boulet Liégeois”, too. (You must taste it one day if you don’t know what it is.) On Saturday afternoon, I go to the Youth Movement in my town.
I’m open-minded, reliable friendly and I like to create relationships with others. I appreciate initiatives like Comenius because it’s a way of travelling abroad, making discoveries and exchanging cultures.

My name is Lara. I was born on the sixteenth of June 1991. I’m 17 years old. I come from Liege in Belgium. Belgians are said to be friendly and I think it’s true ! I live in a house with my parents and my sister. I practice tennis, climbing and every weekend I go to the girl scouts. I like listening to electro music and going out with my friends. I’m a sociable and open-minded person. For the future I would like to become a lawyer.

Hello, I am Cédric Vieira. I am 16 years old. I am Portuguese and I attend courses in a Belgian school called ”Saint-Raphaël”. It’s in Remouchamps. I am a rather sociable person and I like laughing. I am quite stubborn. I love fun. My passion is football ( Freestyle, futsal, …) Indeed I often make videos about freestyle. I also listen to music and spend time with my family. Unfortunately most of my uncles and aunts live in Portugal. I need to follow the sportscasts because sport fascinates me.
